High Skydes Customer Reviews Policy

Purpose of Review Policy

Reviews are sought and welcomed but are not in any way obligatory and are used to improve our service to our customers and for Marketing purposes to impart information to prospective customers. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all such Reviews are genuine and factual, as required by The Digital Markets and Consumer Contracts Act (DMCCA).

Who can submit a Review, and how

We welcome Reviews made directly to us about your experience with us and your stay at the Property. You can also review the Service provided by us (for example, how we handled your enquiry).

To leave a Review with us directly about your stay at High Skydes, you should complete the feedback request form provided by us via email at the end of your stay. You can also request a feedback email to be resent. If you have any questions, please contact us via the contact details on the Website.

We do not accept Reviews via Third Party Review Platforms.

We do not offer any incentives for Reviews (whether positive or negative). 

Review Standards

Your Review must reflect your genuine experience (both positives and negatives), not be incentivised in any way, and not relate to a product or service you are connected with.

Where and how we display reviews:

We read all submitted Reviews, and publish all Reviews that comply with our Review Standards (whether positive or negative) on the Reviews page of our web-site. If a Review requires a response we will do so either on the same page or by direct contact with the Reviewer.

Sometimes we remove old and outdated Reviews.

We reserve the right to hide all Reviews (whether genuine or fake) and cease taking Reviews at any time.

Reviews left in our Visitor’s book are expected to comply with our Review Standards above, but are not monitored by us.

We may use your Review in our marketing

We may include all (or a representative part) of your Review in our marketing material in any media (for example, on our website, in a brochure or in advertising). Your identity will not be revealed.

Please report suspicious reviews

All reviews must comply with our Standards (see above). If you think any Review is fake or otherwise does not comply, please report to us via the contact details on our Website. If our own monitoring or a report from you or someone else suggests that a direct Review does not comply with the Review Standards, we will promptly investigate, and may remove the Review from our website or contact the Reviewer direct to discuss.
